EL LLOC
Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments ha obert les seves portes per poder viure una experiència única i exclusiva, on la creativitat, el disseny, la gastronomia i la música en directe són els verdaders protagonistes.
EL MENJAR
Flax & Kale és el primer Restaurant Healthy Flexiterià de Barcelona. Tots els plats estan dissenyats pensant no solament en el plaer gastronòmic, sinó també en el seu valor nutricional. Un 80% de la oferta és plant-based i el 20% restant són receptes que inclouen peix blau.
Actualment existeixen molt pocs dubtes respecte a la correlació entre una alimentació sana i un estat de salut lliure de malalties. Una alimentació per ser més feliç i aconseguir viure més anys amb una salut de ferro.
LA INSTAL·LACIÓ
Des de Partee, s'ha disenyat un càtering que oferiex als assistents de l'event una experiència única a través del menjar Flexiterià.
Agafant la felicitat com a valor principal, la instal·lació crea un discurs mitjançant els aliments. El catèring comença amb tots els aliments disposats sobre la taula construïnt la paraula "FOOD". A mesura que els assistents van agafant el menjar de la instal·lació, la paraula "FOOD" es va destruïnt per finalment acabar construïnt la paraula "GOOD".
Per llegir bé aquest missatge, s'ha utilitzat un mirall de grans dimensions, situat estratègicament al sostre. D'aquesta manera, tots els assistents de l'event poden llegir i veure com va evolucionant el missatge des de qualsevol punt de la sala.
Un càtering que, a més a més de menjar, combina tipografia i efectes visuals per a no deixar a ningú indiferent.

Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments has opened its doors to give the public a unique and exclusive experience where creativity, design, gastronomy and live music are the true centerpieces.
THE FOOD
Flax & Kale is the first Healthy Flexitarian Restaurant in Barcelona. All the dishes are designed not only to maximize the organoleptic pleasure but also considering their nutritional value. 80% of our offer is plant-based and the remaining 20% are recipes that contain oily fish.
Nowadays there are hardly any doubts about the correlation between a proper diet and a strong illness-free health. We feel passionate about feeding you better, therefore, you can be happier and live longer with an optimal health.
THE INSTALLATION
From Partee, we've designed a catering that offers the attendees a unique experience through the flexitarian food. Taking the happiness as the main value, the installation creates a discourse through the food. The catering starts with all the products on a table forming the word "FOOD". As the public take the products of the installation, the word "FOOD" disappears to finish forming the word "GOOD".
To read these words correctly, we've used a big mirror strategically situated on the roof. In this way, all the attendees could read and see the changing message from anywhere in the room.
A catering that in addition to food, combines typography and visual effects that lefts no one indifferent.
